If everything looks great, we can start preparing your order for dispatch!
Handling
Your order now enters the Handling Phase. During this 1–2 day period, we carefully review your order details and make sure everything is in perfect condition for shipping. We pack your items with care, making sure everything is ready for dispatch.
Dispatch and Tracking
Once your order is ready, we hand it over to our trusted courier partner. You’ll receive another email letting you know that your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey on our website’s Track Order page or directly on the courier’s website. This shipping period typically takes 3–5 business days.
Delivery to Your Doorstep
Once your parcel is on its way, it will make its journey to your doorstep. Our delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 days after dispatch, but please note that delays can sometimes occur due to rare events like holidays or extreme weather. Don’t worry if your parcel is delayed we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and provide updates.
