Free Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so if you need to return or exchange an item, we make the process as simple and straightforward as possible — and it’s completely free! You can use your product during the 100-day trial, test it, and see if it matches the quality you expect.

However, there are some conditions for returning or exchanging a product:

  • The product must be gently used and undamaged. You’re welcome to cook with it, test it, and see if it fits your needs, but please ensure the item is not damaged.

  • Please keep the product in good condition along with the original packaging to ensure we can accept it for a return or exchange.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it is defective, you can reach out to us within 100 days from receiving the product to return or exchange it.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • If requesting an exchange, let us know the product you want in exchange

Important: Please do not return the item without contacting us first. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for another one, you may do so within 100 days of receiving your order. Simply let us know the product you would like to exchange it for, and we will check the availability. If the exchange product is available, we will send it out to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved, we will begin the refund process. Please note:

  • We only accept PayPal payments for refunds, as it allows for a faster refund process.

  • If you paid with your PayPal balance, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

  • If you paid using a credit card linked to your PayPal account, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
